PROGRAM RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. Please limit referrals to friends, family, and co-workers who live near one of our NC branch offices.
  2. To receive a referral bonus, the referred customer must not have an existing account with National Finance Company, Inc. Referral bonuses are paid only for successful referrals of new customers to NFC.
  3. The referred customer must be approved for AND receive a loan from NFC for the referral bonus to be earned.
  4. Referral bonus applies only to a referred customer’s initial loan application and first funded loan. If the applicant is denied, withdraws the application, or fails to obtain a loan for any reason, the referral bonus is forfeited and will not be paid if the applicant reapplies or obtains a loan in the future.
  5. Only one referral bonus will be paid per referred customer, regardless of the number of referrals submitted. In the event multiple referrals are submitted for the same customer, NFC will determine eligibility for the referral bonus in its sole discretion.
  6. Referrers must be current NFC customers with an account in good standing (not past due), or former borrowers who paid off a loan within the past 12 months, to qualify for a referral bonus.
  7. If you are a new customer (first loan with NFC), you must make your first loan payment and have your account in good standing (not past due) to become eligible for the $100 referral bonus.
  8. The referral bonus will be applied as a credit to the recipient’s account unless, at the time the bonus is earned, the recipient requests payment by check and visits a branch office to receive the payment. Checks must be picked up within 30 days of the referred customer’s loan date. Any check not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited.
  9. Current employees of National Finance Company, Inc. are not eligible to receive a referral bonus.
  10. National Finance Company, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.
  11. Void where prohibited by law.
