How long will it take to hear something regarding the status of my application?
You will usually receive a response during the same business day. Please take into account that response times may vary based on application volume and submission time.

Please call the branch at which you applied to request the status of your application. If you applied online, simply call a branch nearest to you. Your local branch will be able to assist you and answer any questions you may have about the application process.
Do I need to provide proof of income to obtain a loan?
Yes, proof of income is required.
Do you require identification?
Yes, a valid government issued photo ID is required.
How can I pay the loan?
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check or money order. You can pay at your local branch or by phone. If paying by debit card online or over the phone, there will be a $1.50 convenience fee paid to a third party, REPAY. You can avoid the convenience fee by making a payment at your local branch or by mailing a check or money order to your local branch.

Can I set up my account to make automatic payments through your company?
No, our company does not provide automatic payment services at this time. You can set up automatic payments through your own online banking account. Use the address of the local branch office and use your NFC or First Beach account number when setting it up.
Can I make a payment on my account at another branch?
Yes, you may pay at any National Finance branch.
Will I receive a monthly statement?
No, your payments will be due every month on the same date until loan maturity. You may view your loan information by clicking on the “Customer Loan Info” tab at the top of our webpage to check your balance.
How can I obtain my account number?
Contact your local branch to obtain your account number.
If I pay my loan off early do I have to pay interest for the entire length of the loan?
No, you only pay interest for the amount of time your loan is open.
what should I do if I have questions about a lien release?
Call the branch from which you received the loan for questions regarding a lien release or titles.
Questions about a check I received in the mail
I received a check from your company, is it real?
Our company sends real checks to pre-screened qualified individuals. Although we cannot guarantee the authenticity of all checks you may receive in the mail, simply call the branch phone number on the check to verify it is real.
Can I cash a check I received from your company through the mail?
No, you can only deposit a check you received in the mail into your bank account. If you do not have a bank account, you may come to our branch office and apply for a regular loan offer.

What is the minimum amount I can borrow?
NC Customers: The loan must be a minimum amount of $850. Depending on collateral, loans can reach a maximum of $3,000.
SC Customers: The loan must be a minimum amount of $300. Depending on collateral, loans can reach a maximum of $2,000.
