Online Payment Disclosure

A convenience fee for processing debit card, ACH, and digital wallet payments will be applied to your payment and paid directly to our third-party processor. This fee is not retained by National Finance Company, Inc. (“NFC”). The exact fee for each payment method is displayed on the “Choose a Payment Method” screen before you complete your payment.

If you prefer to avoid this convenience fee, you may pay directly at your local branch or mail a check to your branch. Find your local branch HERE.

By authorizing an online payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms (All Online Payments)

  • Payments are processed daily, and funds will be deducted from your designated account the day you make your payment.
  • Payments may be posted to your NFC loan account the next business day if made, or processed by our merchant processor, after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays; however, funds may be debited from your account on the same day or earlier than posting.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available. Returned entries will be reversed, and you remain responsible for timely payment.
  • Returned payments are subject to a $35 fee (or maximum allowed by law), plus any applicable late fee if repayment is not resubmitted by your due date.
  • A late fee of $18 (or maximum allowed by law) will be added if the account remains unpaid by the end of the contractual grace period.
  • This authorization is valid for a single transaction only. A new authorization is required for each future payment. NFC does not retain or store your account information. *Recurring payments can be set up through our third-party payment processor.
  • To cancel a payment, you must contact your branch or the NFC home office by 4:00 p.m. on the same business day, or notify your financial institution directly.
  • If any payment is rejected, reversed, or otherwise fails, that payment will be reversed on your NFC loan, and you must make the payment separately.
  • All electronic transactions must comply with applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or block customer access to any and all payment methods at our discretion.

Debit Card Payments

By selecting debit card payment, you authorize NFC to electronically debit your bank account linked to your debit card for the payment amount specified on the Secure Payment Form (and, if necessary, to electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits).

ACH Payments

By selecting ACH payment, you authorize NFC to debit your designated checking or savings account via ACH for the payment amount specified.

  • If your ACH payment is returned, you must make the payment by other means. NFC will not accept a second ACH attempt for the same payment.
  • One-time payments cannot be scheduled for a future date, but you may set up recurring future payments through our third-party payment processor.
  • You must be the owner or an authorized signer of the bank account used.

Digital Wallet Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc.)

By selecting digital wallet payment, you authorize NFC to submit your payment for processing from your digital wallet account (and, if necessary, to electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits).

  • Your digital wallet account (and connected bank account) will be debited for the payment amount specified.
  • All general terms regarding returned payments, late fees, and cancellations apply.
